| Monday, November 13, 2006 | Tuesday, November 14, 2006 | The previous night, I returned home from Mexico at 3 AM. I tried to finish my homework, but I was so exhausted that I fell asleep at around 4:30 AM. After I got home from school on Monday, I did a few things and then went to sleep around 6 PM. I woke up at midnight and stayed awake until the following night. |
| Tuesday, November 14, 2006 | Wednesday, November 15, 2006 | Due to the unusual sleeping cycles of the past two nights, I took the 2:55 PM bus home and went to sleep shortly after I arrived home. I slept from about 3:30 PM to 9:15 PM. After I woke up, I stayed awake for over 19 hours. |
| Wednesday, November 15, 2006 | Thursday, November 16, 2006 | The validity of this all-nighter is questionable. However, if valid, this is probably the only time in my life, thus far, that I have pulled two consecutive all-nighters. Due to abnormal sleeping patterns from the previous three nights, after I got home, I fell asleep around 5 PM. I woke up once around 10 PM when my dad asked me if I wanted to eat dinner, but I soon fell asleep again. The next time I woke up was 3 AM. I then stayed awake for over 25 hours before sleeping again. |
| Monday, November 27, 2006 | Tuesday, November 28, 2006 | Sunday night, I had cousins over until 11 PM. After they left, I read Annie Proulx's The Shipping News until I was super-fatigued around 2:30 AM. I slept for about 4 hours that night, having to go to school early the following morning. After I got home from Rubik's Cube Club on Monday, I did some things and then began my nap at 5 PM. I slept until 9:50 PM. I then spent the entire night doing my chemistry lab report, studying academic team material, taking academic team tests, and reading The Shipping News. The next time I went to sleep was around 3:30 PM. By the way, I never finished reading The Shipping News. Ken Kawamoto, Lulu Tsao, and SparkNotes bailed me out on our in-class AP essay my finding some meaningful passages for me. Nevertheless, I hope to finish it someday. |
| Thursday, November 30, 2006 | Friday, December 1, 2006 | Originally, I was supposed to have a Spanish project, massive A.P. U.S. reading assignment, chemistry lab report, and research project initial draft all due on Friday, but fortunately (¡Gracias a Dios!), we were able to convince our Spanish and A.P. U.S. teachers to postpone the due dates until Monday. That left the chemistry assignments along with some other homework. Unfortunately, I had chess club (We were having our photos taken.), clarinet lessons, and a cross country banquet all that afternoon and evening. I didn't get to start my homework until 9:30 AM. I was exhausted during the night, continuously zoning out. I felt like I was dying. At around 5 o'clock, it became too much, so I took an hour-long nap and then resumed my work. When I finally finished my chemistry assignments, my printer decided to fail, so I had to replace my ink cartridge. I must have scraped the motherboard unit on the back of the ink cartridge because my next print-out had random ink-distribution. Thus, I had to switch computers and print through a different printer. I arrived to school about ten minutes late. |
