5x5x5ing. From left: Cory Loviglio, Bob Burton, Sr., Anthony Hsu, Craig Bouchard.

4x4x4ing. Anthony Hsu, Craig Bouchard, and spectator. I think this must be the 4x4x4 solve where I had a PLL skip. It looks like it took me by surprise and I haven't reacted yet. I believe Craig also had a PLL skip. Craig and I must have very similar solving styles because every time I had one of the parities, he had the same parity problem. 3x3x3 semifinal results are on the board. Top 8 advance to the final.

My first and winning 3x3x3 blindfolded attempt. From left: Tim Reynolds, Bob Burton, Anthony Hsu, somebody (just his head), Bob Burton, Sr., and Lacey Burton. The lighting in the top-left of this picture reminds me of the Shining, even though I have never seen the movie nor have much idea of what it is about.

Either my 2nd or 3rd blindfolded attempt. From left: judge, Peter Greenwood, and Anthony Hsu.

Either my 2nd or 3rd blindfolded attempt. From left: judge (his head), Peter Greenwood, and Anthony Hsu. Looks like I'm rehearsing part of my solution with my eyes closed.

Either my 2nd or 3rd blindfolded attempt. Peter Greenwood and Anthony Hsu. Haha, it looks like I'm sleeping. On the board, it says, "Cory did NOT get a 12.40 average." What happened was that there had been an error in the equations of the Excel spreadsheet that caused it to calculate a 12.40 average for Cory, causing us to joke that he broke the world record.

3x3x3 finals. From left: somebody (his arm), Chris Parlette, Anthony Hsu, judge, Cory Loviglio, and Bruce Norskog (filming). You can't see that I'm solving my cube, so can we assume I just finished and set a new 3x3x3 world record single solve of 6.09 =D?

A random messed up picture I just had to include because it turned out so weird. It's like psychedelic, whatever that means.
